Role Overview​

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively. This role is open to both fresh graduates passionate about project management and experienced professionals (senior roles available for candidates with 4+ years of experience). The Project Manager will oversee various technology-driven initiatives, including digital transformation projects and innovative Generative AI implementations, in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ​ Project Planning and Initiation:

   • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

   • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

   • Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies early and establish mitigation plans.

2. Team Coordination and Leadership:

   • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.

   • Assign roles and responsibilities and monitor team performance throughout the project lifecycle.

   • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to enhance productivity.

3. Execution and Monitoring:

   • Track project progress against milestones and KPIs using project management tools.

   • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

   • Identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Stakeholder Communication:

   • Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and project teams.

   • Provide clear and concise updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.

   • Manage stakeholder expectations and incorporate feedback into project plans.

5. Risk and Issue Management:

   • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks.

   • Implement contingency plans and escalate critical issues to leadership as needed.

6. Budget and Resource Management:

   • Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

   • Reallocate resources as necessary to address changing priorities or challenges.

7. Quality Assurance and Closure:

   • Ensure project deliverables meet the defined quality standards.

   • Conduct project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and document best practices.

   • Facilitate a smooth handover of completed projects to operational teams.

Requirements:​

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or Asana.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders and teams.

• Analytical mindset for tracking KPIs and ensuring data-driven decision-making.

• Fresh graduates with strong organizational and multitasking abilities are encouraged to apply.

 

Preferred Skills​:

• Senior candidates (4+ years) should demonstrate experience managing large-scale projects, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.

• Knowledge of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, is a strong plus.

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are highly desirable.

• Experience with cloud-based tools and platforms, especially AWS, is an advantage.​
