Key Responsibilities:

Streamline and optimize sales and marketing workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure alignment between sales and marketing teams by implementing standardized processes and tools.

Develop and maintain playbooks, SOPs, and training materials to support team operations.

CRM and Tools Management:

Administer and manage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.

Oversee marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) to track campaign performance and lead generation.

Provide technical support and training for tools to sales and marketing teams.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze sales and marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Create and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, including lead conversion rates, pipeline performance, and campaign ROI.

Prepare regular reports for leadership to track performance and identify trends.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
