What will I be doing?

Develop expertise in Axrail e-commerce products and stay up to date with new features and improvements

To support users inquiries/issues during the entire user journey (work hand in hand with Merchant Success Specialist)

Work with other departments and product teams, and liaise with them about our users’ needs to impact product roadmaps based on user feedback

Analyze user behavior and relevance to determine their effect on user satisfaction

A professional with 1-year of experience, no tech experience is required, we’ll train you!
